Deburá, así se llama a la leche entera cuando ha sido privada de sus natas. Existen tres maneras para deburar a la leche, una es mazarla (batirla) para sacarle la manteca, esta leche se llama "chéichi mazá" (leche batida). Otra forma es hervirla, luego cuando enfría se le quita la nata, esta leche se llama "lléichi fervía" (leche hervida), y la otra manera es dejar la leche después de ordeñada que enfríe durante muchas horas para luego quitarle la nata.
